Sstorm Windows

I read something very helpful in Popular Mechanics the other day. In an article about energy myths, the article stated that adding storm windows to a house with single pane windows is an alternative to replacing those windows with more expensive 2-3 pane models. Storm windows run $40 - $50 at the local hardware giant and Installing them is a breeze. I'm off to L*w3s.
