my idea is to add TEC(Peltier) devices to the backside of solar panels with some kind of passive heat sink on the other side of the TEC. Since solar panels are black, they absorb heat that they don't convert to energy. Use that heat and pass it through the TECs to the passive heatsinks.
Probably imrove efficiency by 30%.
